LIFE IN THE ESTABLISHMENT

  • SCHOOL ATTENDANCE – ABSENCE

Unjustified repeated absences will lead to an interview with the family. Regular attendance in language or other classes is essential for children's progress. No reimbursement will be made in the event of absence for leave or for any other reason.

  • DELAYS

From the small section to the terminal, punctuality is essential. Any delay is notified. Repeated delays lead to a summons from the parents.

  • COMMUNICATION

Appointments with the teachers and the director of the workshop must be fixed outside of class time.

  • BEHAVIOR - DRESS REQUIRED

- Correct language, a polite and respectful attitude are the essential basis for any lasting and balanced relationship between people (students and adults), in the establishment and during outings outside the centre. No parent is authorized to have an aggressive attitude towards a third party (teacher or other), to intervene with a child other than his own to settle a conflict.
- The wearing of the uniform is required: T-shirt marked with the sign of the establishment.
- Students must respect the equipment and the premises. In case of deterioration, the repairs are the responsibility of the families.
- Are strictly prohibited in the language workshop: sharp or other dangerous objects, jewellery, expensive, fragile, electronic games, mobile phones, large sums of money as well as chewing gum, sweets and lollipops. - All rubbish must be put in the trash. Learning to respect commonplaces is everyone's business. Adults are encouraged to lead by example.

  • PERSONAL EFFECT AND EQUIPMENT LIST

A list of working materials is requested by the language workshop and must be respected. The child must be provided with all the equipment requested from the beginning of the year. The latter will be shared with the other students of the language workshop (same for the holiday courses).

  • EDUCATIONAL OUTINGS

Teachers can organize outings. These activities are always part of an educational approach. For this reason, the participation of each child appears essential. Families are informed and parental permission is requested. The choice of accompanying persons is the sole responsibility of the establishment.

HEALTH

  • SICKNESS

A sick child should not come to class or training. When a child turns out to be sick, the parents are called to pick him up. It is advisable to provide a “resource” person (grandparents, neighbours, friends, etc.) who can, if necessary, take over. Children must be fully recovered by the time they return to the workshop. We are not allowed to administer drugs, even those that seem the most innocuous; children should therefore under no circumstances bring them.

  • SURVEILLANCE

Children are no longer under the responsibility and supervision of the establishment once their lesson or hour of internship is over. Parents must pick up their children at the end of lessons or internship hours. The end of course or internship time is indicated on the registration form and/or the receipt.

  • ACCIDENT

Despite the supervision exercised during lessons, students are not immune to an accident. The family is then immediately notified as well as the emergency services if necessary (fire brigade, doctor, etc.). If it proves essential to take the student to the emergency room before the arrival of the parents, the management or, in his absence, a member of the educational team, accompanies the child until the arrival of the family. . The family must be reachable at all times by telephone.

  • ANIMAL

All animals are prohibited within the school grounds, for reasons of hygiene except in the context of an educational project.

  • ANTI-TOBACCO LAW

The enclosure of the language establishment is a non-smoking place in the presence or not of the students.

SCHOOL / FAMILIES LINKS

  • INFORMATION TOOLS

At the beginning of the school year, each teacher can invite all the parents of his group to a collective meeting. The educational objectives, the working methods, the possible projects are exposed. The presence of parents is essential. During the year, it is important to meet your child's teacher. It is always a fruitful exchange, both for the parents and for the teachers.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • FIRE

In accordance with articles R. 232-12-17 and following of the Labor Code, the fire instructions and in particular a map of the location of fire extinguishers and emergency exits are displayed on the premises of OUI LOVE LEARNING for information.

  • CYCLONIC ALERT AND HEAVY RAINS

The announcement of the ORANGE "cyclonic" or/and "heavy rain" alert results in the immediate closure of the establishment until it is lifted. No refunds will be made. It's about child safety.

  • If the children are present at school when the alert is announced, it is imperative to pick them up as soon as possible.

  • If the children are not yet present at school when the alert is announced, it is imperative not to bring them to school and to keep them at home.
